Waitlist privacy.

This notice explains how we use information submitted to our London waitlist.

What we collect

Your email address and marketing consent are required. Your first name and last name are optional. We also record the signup source, consent-copy version, and submission time.

Why we use it

We use your email address and name, with your consent, to send the confirmation message and occasional material updates such as pilot invitations, confirmed venue information, or booking dates.

Who processes it

MailerLite is our subscriber system of record and sends confirmation and waitlist emails. Cloudflare serves the website and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not sell waitlist information or use visitor analytics in this implementation.

What it is not used for

The waitlist is separate from booking, payment, participant records, and research. It does not collect health or emotional-state information and does not connect to the Mood Room controller.

Your choices

You can decline the optional fields, leave the waitlist through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask to access or delete your information by emailing privacy@somaticinfrastructure.com.

Retention and complaints

We will publish the final retention review period before the waitlist launches. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your information has been handled incorrectly.
